Visiting this website
When you open a page, the server that hosts this website automatically processes technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.
This website does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not set its own cookies. Fonts are served from this website’s own server, so no font requests are sent to third parties.
Contacting me
If you contact me by email or phone, I use the details you provide — for example your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message — to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare coaching or a workshop.
The contact form on this website does not currently transmit or store the details you enter. Until online submission is available, please get in touch by email or phone.
Video
The home page includes a presentation video stored on this website. It is not loaded until you press play, and it is not sent through a third-party video service.
Booking, web shop and social media
Appointments are booked through Calendly (opens in a new tab), and the web shop is provided by Payhip. Both open on their own websites, where their privacy policies apply to the information you enter there.
This website links to my profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. These are ordinary links: no data is sent to these platforms until you click one. Once you visit them, the privacy policies of LinkedIn (opens in a new tab), Instagram (opens in a new tab) and Facebook (opens in a new tab) apply.
Legal bases
Personal data is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the following bases:
- your consent, for the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
- taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing a contract, when you enquire about or book coaching or a workshop (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- legitimate interests in operating a secure website and answering general enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long data is kept
Personal data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless a longer period is required by law, for example statutory retention obligations for business records. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe, unless you have given consent for another purpose.
Security
This website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data held about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased or its processing restricted;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
